  • Within EU: 3 - 5 business days
  • Outside EU: 4 - 7 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

European shipping rates are free of charge. International shipping rates will be communicated based on shipping option discussed with customer.

All orders are shipped insured and with tracking information.  

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is there a minimum order value for ordering?

No, your shipping cost will be calculated at check out, based on the volume and content of your order, as well as your shipping address.

Can I choose between standard shipping and express shipping?

No, for now express transport is not available on the platform.

If you have a specific deadline for your goods - we do though recommend you to mention the deadline in the remarks. Our logistic department can anticipate this.

Do you ship the goods outside of the EU?

Shipments outside the EU are possible.

Can I still change my order once I placed and paid it? 

No, the system is fully automated. Therefore, it’s not possible to adapt your order once the order confirmation has been sent. Contact us to see if you can still cancel your order (as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet).

How can I track my delivery?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from our shipment partner with a tracking link to follow the status of your order. If you have not received a shipment e-mail, you can contact our support team.

I received my package but my order was not complete

Please contact our support team. Together with our logistic department we will further investigate the transport process.

I received my package but the goods were (partly) damaged

Please contact our support team within 7 working days after receipt of the delivery.
